What types of documents can I upload?
ReadFort supports PDF, DOCX, JPEG, PNG, and WebP files up to 25 MB each. These cover the vast majority of property management and compliance documents.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
Sign up with just your email — no credit card required. You get full access to all features for 14 days. At the end of your trial, choose the plan that fits your needs.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
How secure are my documents?
All documents are encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+). Our infrastructure is hosted on SOC 2 Type II certified platforms, and row-level security ensures only you can access your data.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
You'll have 30 days to export all your documents. After that, your data is permanently deleted from our systems. We don't hold your data hostage.
Do you offer discounts for multiple properties?
Our Codex and Vault tiers are designed for multi-property management. Contact us for custom pricing if you manage more than 20 properties.
Is ReadFort suitable for HOA boards?
Absolutely. Our Vault tier includes a dedicated HOA document repository, age verification tracking for 55+ communities, and automated compliance reporting.
